Super7 vs SNSD

Super7 Under Fire for Similarities to SNSD
Super7 Accuses SNSD of Being Plastic

I was going to stay out of this until I saw this video:

If you want a long story short, Sones are mad as hell that Super7 first "copied" SNSD's Hoot outfits, and are now mad that (apparently) Super7 called SNSD "plastic" in an interview. So now they are going to all of Super7's videos on Youtube, disliking them and leaving hate comments.

Uhhh.

Tiffany's outfit design looks familiar...
Oh, of course! She's the red Fantana stealing the purple one's costume design!
Now that you mention it, Yoona looks familiar too...
Ohhh, SM must have bought the outfit at a Halloween store and put red on it...

My point with these pictures and captions is that SNSD WAS NOT THE FIRST TO COME UP WITH SEXY SECRET AGENTS COSTUMES. So WHY the hell are Sones saying that Super7 copied SNSD's Hoot, when truthfully they all probably just bought from the same Sexy Halloween Costumes store?

Which leads me to my next point: SNSD ALSO SELLS SEX. Yeah sure, from time to time they pretend to be cutesy little teenagers again (even they're all in their 20s now and need to STEP AWAY FROM THE LITTLE GIRL THEME). That doesn't negate the fact that they show off their legs and stomachs, wear ubez amount of makeup, and wear fetish costumes (see my previous article)... ALL are tactics that utilize sex appeal. Anyone who denies this is just kidding themselves.

Sones are leaving the kinds of comments on Super7's videos that the most hardcore SNSD antis leave on SNSD's videos, calling them sluts and saying "They aren't selling music, they're selling sex." (More on that in a later article.) Yet every time an SNSD anti leaves such a comment, they're met with hate and even death threats from Sones. Sones, WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. Once again you prove through your own actions and words that you don't deserve to be treated any better than the way you're treating Super7. If you can't take it, then don't dish it. How would you respond if an anti left a hate comment, you attacked them, and they replied, "I'm only talking about SNSD the way you talked about Super7"?

And you know what? Super7 may not have the most awesome vocals, but if they're still around, they must be making SOME substantial revenue. And furthermore, THAT DANCING CHICK IN THE VIDEO I LINKED EARLIER PERFORMED HARDER MOVES THAN I'VE EVER SEEN HYOYEON DO... And this is coming from someone who likes Hyoyeon the best out of all the SNSD girls.

And then she went on to beatbox decently. That's when I realized: These girls have dreams, too. These girls have talents, too. And they're being shit on by Sones... and for what?

Because their MANAGEMENT decided to put them in sexy secret agent costumes?

Because their MANAGEMENT told them to say certain things about SNSD in an interview?

That's another point I want to make: Asian celebrities play CARICATURES of themselves in the public. Brian Joo has admitted this. SM Entertainment has even said that idols go through intensive personality and character training. They claim it's so their stars won't lose their sense of judgement, but let's be real: They mean in terms of the good of the company, not in terms of keeping a level head. They train them to know what the public wants to hear, and train them to regurgitate it as often as needed. It's well-known that even celebrities in America sometimes have their interview responses rehearsed. And you're seriously going to tell me you think Super7 was just allowed to go on that interview and say what they wanted about SNSD? If anything, I think their company is pissed about Sones leaving such a negative response just because of their outfits (which, as I said, Sones have no right to say they copy SNSD's Hoot outfits when SNSD copied sexy secret agent outfits). I think their company told them to say something like that, almost as a way of throwing down the gauntlet at SM Entertainment. Which, since this IS A COMPETITIVE MARKET, isn't unheard of. A bit unprofessional, but definitely not rare or even uncommon.

Finally, I offer this to Sones: No one likes a bully. No one likes a kiss-up. As you are being both, I imagine if SNSD were to meet you and be shown the kinds of comments you've left, or the kinds of disturbingly obsessive threads about SNSD that you've taken part in (again, see my previous article), they would not want you to be their fan.

  1. "I imagine if SNSD were to meet you ... they would not want you to be their fan."

I honestly believe that they know they have such fans.
Like the company that owns them, their concern is popularity and money.
As long as their fans continue to make them more popular and wealthy, things are going according to plan.

  2. You really don't know where sones are comming from.
I honsetly didn't have any problems with them copying snsd. But when they are insulting them that's taking it too a whole nother level.
They don't have their OWN song they even went on tv and danced too snsd hoot. And then they have to nerve too calling them plastic.
And I really don't believe that they didn't know what they where saying because they all have brains don't they.
They should know that if they want too survive the music industry you have to think before you speak.
It's their own fault that they are in this mess.

Also but stop putting all sones in ONE box. Every fandom has their extreme fans. Also why are the super7 fans not defending them Huh. Sones are SNSD fans so they are going to defend, ofcourse some more extreme then others.

The majority of the members of SNSD have definitely had plastic surgery.
The photographic and video evidence of their procedures is all over the web and it's absolutely irrefutable.

For dishonestly attempting to pass themselves off as 'natural beauties' even though they've had plastic surgery, they totally deserve to be bashed like this, and I hope people continue to bash them in this manner until they admit to having had the plastic surgery procedures that they so clearly have had.

Super7 was just telling it like it is and I applaud their honesty in that particular statement.

    1. Hey you, do you have any solid proof that these girls went under the knife? They are busy the whole year round to set an appointment for that. And why are you defending this Super 7 crap? Is it because you hate SNSD? What exactly these girls had done to you and why hate them like that?

You're totally ignoring the point that @anonymous was trying to make =____= These girls covered Hoot (Horribly, might I add), then go around saying that SNSD is talentless, etc. SNSD are 4 years their seniors, sing SO much better than them, and I don't know how these... girls... have the nerve to disrespect their industry seniors like this, THIS IS ASIA.

Plus, they are the ones calling themselves the "Taiwanese SNSD". How does this not show that they are trying to use SNSD's name to gain fame? That's just plain pathetic.

And to the OP, so what if they're showing legs or wearing themed costumes? At least they're wearing way more clothes and are not acting like prostitutes (which is more than I can say for Super 7)

PS. I watched their video "interview", so I know what I'm talking about. It was almost like watching lesbian porn.

  5. all i have to say is, you are confused. These girls (Super 7) were not trying to copy a generic 60s secret agent costume. no, they were specifically trying to emulate SNSD. I mean, if they had the outfits and were singing a completely different song, it might have been different, but they weren't. That in and of itself is no crime. But when you're performance is akin to that of a high school talent show in the level of polish, and when you run your mouth about SNSD being plastic fanstastics while Super 7 has c-cups (as if that is any indication of talent), then you're inviting criticisms of plagerism AND ribbing as a no talent group of attention hos. understand now? this has been brought to you buy everyone on the internet except you.

  6. @yelrihs-jefan Again, do you really think Super7 decided to dance to Hoot, and call themselves the Taiwanese SNSD? No, this was all a tactic devised by their company to garner attention. And for those who say "Why would the company want to risk making themselves look bad by telling them to say those things?" UH, HELLO? HAVE YOU NEVER HEARD OF ENRON? Just because an organization has a title like "company" does not automatically make them well-to-do nice guys. IN FACT, the lack of ethics in business is becoming SUCH A PROBLEM these days that there are ENTIRE CLASSES in college devoted to JUST BUSINESS ETHICS. And the last part of your comment is exactly what I was talking about. Calling them prostitutes when you have no evidence that they've ever sold themselves for sex? I could easily do the same about SNSD, and it would be just as baseless. Same goes for the lesbian porn comment. I suggest you actually go watch some before you make such similes.

@The Ugly Troof Again, see what I just said above. It's the MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT... NOT Super7.
